In the modern World of technology and A.I, we are disconnected from the outside World more than ever before. We wake up from the sounds of a device next to our bed, tune into the daily scroll on social media, flat screen televisions are conveniently located in every room throughout the house, and even our stove tops are electrically powered. Sitting in your car on a cold rainy day you may want to turn your heater on, maybe you even have the luxury of heated seats, a heated steering wheel, possibly even seats that give you a massage. There is absolutely nothing wrong with these modern amenities, it is simply a matter of bringing your awareness to the fact it is still very new in our human evolution. We must not overlook the long-term effects of being so disconnected from nature.
Driving into the office you may notice you are wearing modern “foot prisons”, narrow tow box, and a rubber sole completely disconnecting you from the free electrons you absorb when grounding barefoot outside on the grass, dirt, or any terrain that isn’t paved or residentially constructed. You get home after a long day of work and run straight inside the comforts of your home potentially avoiding sun light for the rest of the evening and staying indoors still avoiding the healing powers of the natural World. This disconnection from nature is very common in the modern World but it is not normal. This truth is a direct link to many of the mental and physical health issues many are suffering in the modern World.
Simply bringing our awareness to the fact that “We are Nature”, we are not separate from nature can welcome great healing in our lives. It is my belief that turning back to the natural order of things can restore balance and harmony in the universe. Eating healthy, organic, delicious and nutritious foods. Grounding barefoot daily, getting out on a hike weekly, opting for nature therapy over overstimulation with tech, and being mindful of your water source and avoiding sugary acidic beverages like the plague is a direct link to optimal health and vitality. The choice is always yours, and we have the choice to better our lives by simply “disconnecting to reconnect”.
I have personally gone through a significant transition in my life in my twenties. The internet was just beginning to take off the year I was born in 1995 and video games, movies, and unlimited access to television shows became the norm. This also led to the modern “programming” we witness today. These very tv shows and movies always come at a price. With infomercials and advertising for the fast-food industry programming us to be “consuming drones”. Are you depressed? Well, we’ve got just the pill for you. Are you hungry? Take a look at this delicious deal happening at a local fast-food store near you! Greasy fries and a burger? How about a milk shake to top it off? We will even entice your children with a “happy meal!”
Let me bring your awareness to the fact that “common” does not mean “normal”. It is common in the modern World of technology for us to be so enamored and programmed because we simply do not know any better and we are bombarded with endless distractions and advertising. At the expense of what? Our mental and physical health is what is at stake. This message is a call to stop consuming all the highly processed junk, stop feeding our children poison, stop caving into temptation from the endless programming that has infiltrated our minds and is quite frankly “mind control.” I encourage you to “disconnect to reconnect” daily, introspect and allow the answers to come to you in nature. Allow nature to nurture.
The power is within’ each one of us to co-create a New Earth, a better reality for the children being raised today, and the children of our children. This message is a call to say, “out with the old and in with the new.” Let us return to our “roots”. Let this message serve you as a reminder that the answer to all our healing, strength, vitality, and longevity resides within’ nature, the “natural order of things.” The only way to liberate ourselves from programming and poisoning is to stop consuming the junk and start consuming only what God has created in the natural World. Organic foods, sunlight, grounding, nature therapy, breath work, yoga, clean spring water, natural cotton clothing, barefoot shoes, hertz therapy, and overall, all things in alignment with the natural frequency of the universe. This is a reminder that “We are nature”.
